James Galindez was critically injured when he was involved in a road rage incident as he was driving home from work on Highway 99 at French camp Road. His SUV was cut off by another driver causing his vehicle to spin and roll over onto a freeway fence just south of Delicato Vineyards.

Jame’s fiance had graduated from college recently and James had a good job for the last four years in Stockton.
The young Lathrop couple was looking forward to their upcoming wedding and just bought a new home. Family and friends had scheduled a house warming for them this Saturday.

The agressor was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with his truck, reckless driving causing great bodily injury, and felony hit and run, according to the Sheriff’s “who’s in custody” website.

There is a Gofundme.com account setup to help the family with medical expenses.

Anyone willing to donate toward the family may go to GoFundMe.com/JamesGalindez.
